Construction: Since the last reporting period the piling, detailed excavation for grade beams and piles caps have been completed and the sub-grade prep is proceeding as scheduled. Grade beams have been formed and poured and pile caps are complete. Mechanical and electrical underground rough-ins have been started. Structural Steel erection has begun. 

Design:  “Issued for Construction” drawings have been completed and issued to all sites for use.  Some changes are being made through RFI’s and Site Instructions.

Construction: Since the last reporting period the piling, detailed excavation for grade beams and piles caps have been completed and the sub-grade prep is proceeding as scheduled. Grade beams have been formed and poured and pile caps are complete. Mechanical underground rough-ins have been started.

Design: Issue for construction drawings and specifications have been issued with site instructions being issued to deal with any concerns. Issue for contract drawings and specification will be released shortly.As at: January 25, 2009

Design: The design has advanced over the past month with the completion of many specific details and the specifications.

As at: December 25, 2008

Construction: Earthwork for the building pad has been completed, grading for parking lot and modular locations is complete to subgrade elevations and piling has commenced.

Design: Drawings have progressed to 95% complete and issued for construction review drawings have been posted.

As at: November, 25, 2008

Construction: Since the last reporting period we have continued to setup the site and the phones have been connected, while the consultants have continued with design. Over the next month we expect to complete grading to the building pad and commence piling. The piling is anticipated to be 90% complete by the end of December.

Design: Since the last report period, design has advanced and is now 83% complete. Over the next month we anticipate having the design complete to I.F.C. drawings.
