- Underground mechanical & electrical rough-ins completed.
- Grade beam and pile caps have been formed and poured.
- Structural Steel Erection has begun.

Construction: Since the last report, the installation of driven piles have been completed. Grade beam and pile caps have also been formed and poured. Mechanical and electrical underground rough- ins have begun.
Design: “Issued for Construction” drawings have been completed and issued to all sites for use. Some changes are being made through RFI’s and Site Instructions.
As at: February 25, 2009
Construction: Since the last report, the installation of driven piles began. Grade beam and other foundation work are now underway with excavation and forming.
Design: Issue for construction drawings and specifications have been issued with site instructions being issued to deal with any concerns. Issue for contract drawings and specification will be released shortly.
As at: January 25, 2009
Construction: Since the last report the survey for the foundations has been completed.
Design: The design has advanced over the past month with the completion of many specific details and the specifications.
As at: December 25, 2008
Construction: Commenced earthwork on site.
Design: Drawings have progressed to 95% complete and issued for construction review drawings have been posted.
As at: November 25, 2008
Construction: Documents have not been received to date permitting submission for the foundation permit. We anticipate receipt of these documents by November 21. This should allow the foundation permit to be issued by the end of November which will enable us to proceed with clearing the site in early December and completing the piles to 90% by the end of December.
Design: Since the last report period, design has advanced and is now 85% complete. Over the next month we anticipate having the design complete to I.F.C. drawings.
