As at February 25, 2010
- 2nd coat paint to main floor complete
- Resilient flooring 100% complete to main floor
- Ceiling tile 100% complete to main floor
- Mechanical controls 100% complete
- Bird-Graham and consultant deficiencies complete to 2nd floor
- Bird-Graham and consultant deficiencies to commence to mainfloor.

- Gymnasium flooring to complete installation and finishing;
- Finish coat paint to 2nd and 1st floors to commence;
- VCT to be completed to 2nd and 1st floors;
- Carpet tile and linoleum to commence on 2nd floor;
- Rubber base to commence to 2nd floor;
- Mechanical and electrical core building installation of systems to be completed;
- Mechanical and electrical fixtures to be installed to 2nd floor and to commence on 1st floor;
- Millwork deficiencies complete to both floors;

- Exterior site works: Parking lot cut to subgrade; Subgrade cut at south of building for play surface and landscape areas; Light pole bases completed; Site services on hold because of the existing 450 mm storm line; Atco tied in the gas hook up to building
- FRP exterior light pole bases, car receptacles, flagpole and bollards
- All stair pans poured
- Complete installing blocks in change rooms west of gym
- Firestopping completed on 1st floor, and on going on 2nd floor
- Air / vapor barrier installed 
- Roofing completed except for front entrance canopy
- Doors & windows: Exterior windows & glazing installed on north wall of tile 2; All of interior door and window frames installed on 2nd floor
- Metal studs & drywall: Done with track layout on 1st floor tile 1 and continue with wall framing; Done framing front canopy area; Boiler room & mechanical room rocked; Rocked top of corridor and around HM frames on first and moving onto 2nd floor; Start sheetrock on 2nd floor
- M & E rough in continues on both floors
- Done with exterior electrical rough in
- Continue to work on electrical distribution upon the anticipated arrival of the main switchboard

- Exterior site services, electrical, storm, sanitary and gas lines are complete
- All exterior split face block is completed
- Interior block work at the second floor is completed
- Interior steel stud at the second floor is completed
- Slab on grade is completed
- All rough ins for slab on grade are complete

- All exterior steel stud and board except the curtain wall area is complete

As at March 25, 2009

Construction:
  Since the last reporting period, the exterior steel stud and drywall has been completed on the north face of tile 1 and 2  for both the first and second floors. We have completed the roof  fall arrest anchors and the parapets. Plumbing and mechanical rough ins on the roof level have been completed to allow us to start the roof exterior board and air vapor barrier for tile one. We have also completed the masonry gym walls.

Design: “Issued for Construction” drawings have been completed and issued to all sites for use.  Some changes are being made through RFI’s and Site Instructions.  

As at: February 25, 2009

Construction: Since the last reporting period, structural steel erection is complete and both fire rated masonry walls at the portables are complete. Second floor decking is complete with roof decking on going.

Design: Issue for construction drawings and specifications have been issued with site instructions being issued to deal with any concerns. Issue for contract drawings and specification will be released shortly.

As at: January 25, 2009

Construction: Sediment and erosion control measures are ongoing and changing to meet the requirements. Since the last report we have started structural steel and anticipate it being completed over the next month. 

Design: The design has advanced over the past month with the completion of many specific details and the specifications.

As at: December 25, 2008

Construction: Sediment and erosion control measures are ongoing and changing to meet the erosion and sediment control requirements. Piling is 100% complete. Grade beams and pile caps 100% complete. Perimeter grade beam insulation and backfilling complete. Deep underground services are completed as well.

Design: Drawings have progressed to 95% complete and issued for construction review drawings have posted.

As at: November 25, 2008

Design: Since the last report period, design has advanced and is now 91 % complete. Over the next month we anticipate having the design complete to I.F.C. drawings
